The Board of Directors of Mytrah Energy Limited is responsible for setting and reviewing the strategy of the Group and approving major financial items, including annual budget and business plan. The members of the Board represent a deep understanding of corporate development, having been business founders, corporate advisors and industry leaders.

The Board is chaired by Ravi Shankar Kailas and consists of Ravi Kailas and two independent Non-Executive directors, namely Russell Walls and Rohit Phansalkar.
